A 5-member 3D modeling team (PhD/Master’s in Vehicle Engineering, 3years of experience each) handles the full process from data collection to real-vehicle track testing (3D printing & CFD included). The factory has 3 CNC machines and a large gantry CNC, covering all precision/size needs for vehicle interior/exterior mold machining, enabling efficient mold production and faster R&D.
